- In another bowl add maida,besan semolina,baking powder and mix it.Then add this dry mixture to the creamy ghee and sugar and mix it well.
- Add little milk,to bind it into a fine dough.The dough consistency should be that of gulab jamun dough.
- Now,grease the idli plates and just take a small sized dough,press them flat on your palm and place badam on it and place it on idli plates.
- In a pressure cooker add rock salt,and pre heat this for five minutes before placing idli stand,then place the idli stand and close it without gasket and weight for forty five minutes.Your biscuit is ready to serve.It combines very well when served with the hot tea.
